 Beautiful stuff! I love how you did Grimace especially. Question: who's the moon head and the Pirate type guy (next to McCheese)?
That's Mac Tonight. He was this piano-playing character from the mid 80's who sang a parody of "Mack The Knife" while promoting big macs (as in "Go and get a (big) Mac tonight!").

They don't use him or a lot of these characters anymore, except for Ronald, Birdie, Grimace and Hamburglar. Sad, really. They were all a pretty neat cast of characters.

 -- " Don't Hate me cuz I'm Fraggle "     I thought the moon was Hardee's guy. I've got a toy somewhere that is a toy car of the moon dude, and it says "Hardee's Corp. 1988" on the bottom. Just kinda struck me as weird as to why a Hardee's thing is with McD's.
Otherwise, very cute funny picture. I laughed so hard my drink just about came through my nose. And that's pretty funny for me to laugh my drink through my nose. XD  Hahaha, this is awesome. Theres just so many levels to it. The dialogue is a great addition and the style is so wonderfully zany. You really captured the feel of the whole early Mcdonald's kids vibe.

 BRILLIANT!!!!-- As i lay under the stars, the wind gently pecking my cheeks as it breathed past, I gazed up at the awesome power of the heavens and asked myself... Where the fuck has my tent gone?!  Uh-oh. Is the Hamburglar going to betray Ronald for thirty pieces of silver?
I like how you used the old version of the Hamburglar, rather than the current, cuter version, as well as all the other characters who aren't seen much anymore. It's funny how everybody seems to be reacting to Ronald's words and thinking, "Wait, what are we eating?" It's also a little strange to see a hamburger eating another hamburger.  Nice parody.
You also get bonus points for including obscure Mcdonalds characters, onley those who were alive in the 80s would remember. Am I the onley one who finds it a li'l creepy that Burger-headed police officer (forgot his name) is eating a burger?  Hehe-- Smell ya later! ^_^ |
